What will my package look like?

Your Global Mission Subscription Box will arrive in a sturdy attractive gift box along with a booklet with special stories that describe where the products are from and how your purchase impacts that specific community.

When does my subscription start?

You will be billed immediately for your first gift box. And then every two months just prior to us shipping out your box.

Can I get a refund or replacement?

If an item arrives to you damaged or you have a concern or request, please call us or send us an email with your request for a replacement or a refund for the damaged product. Please include photos so that we can process your request quickly.

Can I put my subscription on a temporary hold?

Subscribers can pause their subscription or redirect our shipment to a new address if there is a timing or delivery concern.

When I send a gift subscription, how will the recipient know it is from me?

Normally, we will include a note card with the gift saying who it is from. If you include a personalized note on your order form, one of our employees will beautifully hand write your note. If you would like to share more specific instructions, or have custom requests, please contact us. We are excited to facilitate your creative gift giving ideas. If you would like, we can send gifts anonymously.
