Today, I go through some of the books that have helped me along my raw food journey. We have new members to the site, and this may be your first experience with trying out a raw food lifestyle. Feel free to ask questions, and to go to your local bookstore or library (even eBay or Craigslist) to see if you can find books on thriving on living foods.
