Actually, it is Ninjutsu, which is a mix between martial arts and gymnastics. I trained with this guy and they are pretty good. This guy was trained by Frank Dux and if you don’t know who Frank is then you obviously know nothing of martial arts, don’t discredit that which you do not know about. (We trained with him in Awahnee, CA) (near Fresno)

this is great! my pet hate is martial arts or martial sports senseis with big bloated guts. Sure the majority are extremely skilled but martial arts is a physical, mental, and spiritual journey and you need ALL three – if the physical body is not honed to as close as perfection as possible, the other two suffer too.
