  1. BTW, I do not …
BTW, I do not provide videos on demand, and I don’t have a cameraman shooting me whenever I train, including barefoot running on ice and snow in Colorado. I suggest you inspire yourself. Try something new on your own. You do not need me right? How would you personally deal with cold? It is what should truly matters to you. Know yourself.

    Good luck ;-) .

  2. Can you train …
Can you train running barefoot on ice in the summer? No. It is very climate dependent as well.
Can you swim in the desert? Can you climb in a prairie devoid of trees? No. It is environment dependent.

All you need to do is to cover yourself when you train in the cold. That is common sense.

If it is extreme temperatures though, there will be limitations anyway, like there are always limitations when dealing with extreme weather conditions or extreme environments (natural or not).

  3. I would be very …
I would be very enthusiastic to see a MovNat trainer work in sub-freezing snowy temperatures. Being from Canada, these videos are very climate bias. Variety would inspire myself and so many others to try it out. Thanks for something new!
