Today, I go through some of the books that have helped me along my raw food journey. We have new members to the site, and this may be your first experience with trying out a raw food lifestyle. I just discovered this raw recipe book. It is a beautiful little gem, by Doreen Virtue and Jenny Ross who is the chef/owner of the restaurant 118 degrees. It is called “he Art of Raw Living Food: Heal Yourself and the Planet with Eco-delicious Cuisine”. Just lovely with great photos…glossy. Fantastic.

I always have a book with me in a bag that I carry around. I read in lines, during lunch hours, before bed. And definitely in the bathtub. Most of my books are water warped, dog-eared, and a mess. I call them well loved.
