do you think this is a healthy life style if not what it?

Ok this is my idea breakfast a big bowl of fruit like cherries and raspberries, then dance for 15 minutes. For lunch bowl of veggies like tomato’s and cucumber, and dance for 15 minutes. Then for dinner a can of green beans and dance for 15 minutes. Then around 8:00 dance for and hour with breaks of 2-3 minutes. drinking water or watered down gatorade. And if you think this is bad what do you think it should be?

Maybe for 1 day. But that is not a good meal plan. Add more variety and protein! protein! protein!…..Drink water throughout the day also! Good Luck!

    you need to eat more. you are starving yourself and your body has adapted to how many calories you eat so you will have a hard time losing weight or maintaining weight.

  5. You will be missing essential fatty acids and proteins. You need to add lean meats (chicken, fish, beef sirloin) and nuts to your diet.
