Well..if you pay Taxes on that amount that leaves you with Over $400000.00 to spend. That’s $33,333.33 a month. If you can’t live on that much plus help a few others at the same time then you need to re -think your values….

I want to live in a luxury apartment in the city and have a fun and socializing lifestyle.
Just wondering what roads i could take. (Class of 2010) HS.

Take a look at all of these different career paths you could choose. If you find one you are really interested in you can apply to that school and get a really good degree for that career. My ‘friend’ is a working mom. That is fine. I have no problem with women who need to work. The other night she reamed into me for telling her what I do during the day. She said that she didn’t have the ‘luxury’ of being a stay at home mom and had to work in order to keep up with her bills. Well, no offense but she has two [nice] cars to make payments on, high speed internet, DVR, very nice furnishings, etc. We don’t just get by but we don’t have half the stuff she does. So, I just don’t understand why some working moms who have all sorts of things hate on us staying home with our kids. We just don’t have a high standard of living.

I just wanna know if you other stay at home moms have all of these amazing things or if you have a mediocre lifestyle? thanks

e.g. kind of flat (how many rooms/sq.mts); basic amenities (food, elec, broadband); luxury that can be afforded (family weekly dine outs what kind of resto & how often), shopping; education for a toddler…etc.

1200 gross or net? If it’s net then with three children when considering sending them to sports, music lessons, pocket money etc. cut out the pointless dine outs and you can live quite comfortably. But one person’s idea of comfort isn’t the same as the next so it depends what your standards are

We are in the final stages of opening a research facility located on 1350 acres of wilderness. Our purpose will be to develop present technology and find new technology for sustainable living. We will be completely off-grid and self sustainable. What is the difference between North American and European lifestyle. What are the pro’s and con’s of each?

Hi!

When I think about European lifestyle, I think about luxury, and comfort. When I think about North American lifestyle, I think about being a good taxpayer, and enjoying a planned life.

I am assuming crime in Europe is higher due to tourism, but crime is North America is also high due to loss of jobs.

So what is the real difference? I am wondering as I live in Canada, and have traveled to Europe. Also, what’s your ideal place to live and retire in?

If I offended anyone, the please forgive me. I am only looking for opinions, and would love to know your take on it. No idiotic responses, or stupid remarks please.

Europe at least you wont have to suffer in pain or sell your house and take yourself out of retirement just to pay for US health care.

Well, for a finite period of time, yes. But how long do you expect to be there? A house in Beverly Hills surely costs much more than that!
