If you have a family history of diabetes then yes you are at risk of diabetes even if you had a perfect diet and exercised all the time. Diet and exercise are CONTRIBUTING FACTORS only they are not the only reasons why people get diabetes.

Can this still be done or has modern life got in the way?
Note: Particularly if one is a foreigner (British) in the first place?

Just as well as one can be a drifter in the UK or any other country…it’s really no different – just probably won’t get rained on as much as Brits and Irish folk would…that is – if you steer clear of Seattle.

My husband left for the AF (basic training) Jan. 6th of this month and I am having a really hard time with it. We have a little boy that is now 2 months old. I write him everyday and I always write really positive things, because I don’t want to make it harder on him. At first I was really strong and doing well, but lately everything reminds me of him. I want to be so strong and I really support him. I don’t really know much about the Air Force and base life, but I am really excited about everything.

It is going to be challenging to say the least. However, basic is only 8 weeks. I will say that when you see him walking down the bomb run, you will be really proud and you will feel it was worth it. He will eventually get to give you a call. The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest. After that, privileges are given a lot more.

Hi, my name is Darin & I am a World Class Prof. Drug-Free for Life 44 year old Bodybuilder, business owner, husband & Father. In the past, I have struggled to balance my life.

Most of my clients are hard working business owners, parents, & stay at home house moms who want less stress, more time, energy, & fulfillment.

My Promise to you is that I will show you how to not only get an amazing physique, but I will give you a precise, personal (exactly for you) total plan of attack that will allow you to do it in a way that feels good. If you are looking for a deeper approach to health, strength, & vitality; then you need this proven system.

My 300 page e-book The “FATLOSS LIFESTYLE 12 Week Body Transformation System will give you the tools to take your body & your life to the next level. Whether you are a competitive bodybuilder who wants to get some great contest prep tips and or smooth out your life in between contests, or you are the gym rat who wants to take your physique to the next level, or a sedentary 40 year old that needs to get active.

                                  BODYBUILDING NUTRITION

To gain muscle and lose fat you must;

• Take in slightly less calories than you are burning

• Consume higher quality calories. Eat more natural unprocessed foods that don’t come wrapped in a box. If it rots, it’s good for you: Lean (protein with low amount of fat, aka chicken & turkey breasts, lean beef, eggs), Green (vegetable, green beans, salads, apples), & Marine (fish).

• Small meals often. You must eventually work up to 5-6 small meals per day; about every 3-4 hours

• Macronutrient Profile-  Every meal you eat should contain protein and carbs combined together.  How much?  A starting point would be;

1. Most women and under 130 lb. men 15-20 grams of protein in each meal
2. 130 lb. — 165 lb. men 20-30 grams of protein in each meal
3. 170 lb. and up 30-45 grams of protein in each meal

      One of the biggest “nutrition Secrets” in the Bodybuilding world is a technique called carb cycling. In a nut shell you have two different types of carbs.

Starchy carbs—Sources are brown & wild rice, oatmeal, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes / yams

Non-starchy carbs—Sources are veggies, grean beans, salads, apples, grape-fruit

Cycle your calories by eating only non starchy carbs with your protein on Interval Cardio days and throw in your starchy carbs only on days you train intensely with weights. This is absolutely t he secret for you to keep your metabolism revved up while you gain muscle and lose fat.

You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much. Physique development is about losing fat
(to show the shape of the muscle) as much if not more than building muscle. It is definitely a combination of the two.

But if you do focus on “The Three Pillars of Health” you will radically change your waistline, your lifestyle, and your life.  For more incredible before and after testimonials;

I have quite a large house about 2500 square feet. I would prefer a dog that does not shed furisly (like a husky). I like bigger dogs (like labs,boxers etc.) it needs to be a family dog!!!. I have time to walk it and I have a 1/2 and aqure yard but it is not fenced in and it is not good terrian theres long grass,mice bugs and it is a mess. My family would love to walk it and it would get groomed every second night. I would like a dog that is easy to train and wont bark at evey little thing it should bark at intruders and stand up for my family if needed. I would like a dog that won’t drool ( like st.branards) some drool is okay. And i dont like cocker spanials.

I would definitely reccommend some type of labrador. They’re very much family dogs and seem to fit in with everything you described. Whether it’s a golden, black, or brown lab, they’re all great. Or, a golden retriever.
You could also look into getting a mutt. They need homes, too! Depending on the breeds in it, you can find large ones.
Visit your local animal shelter.

BQ: This comes from the story about Candice being fired for her "weight gain"… Do you think that watching the WWE Divas or Superstars affects your own self image in any way?

At first No one can Handle it.Their lifestyle takes time to Get used too , Thats why all Injuries happen all the Time on the road , Some people cant take it.
As for me I would have to get used to it first, as you said Spending that much time on the road , Also not only your body but your State of mind has to be in complete controll.Some people can take while others cannot,So all in all I would have to get used to it first and then we shall see what happens from then on.

BQ:Nope.

I never really Cared for Candice. She was a bad Wrestler , and , I never really found her attractive.

Every website says different on training, shedding, exercise, being left alone, being protective..everything. Was just wondering as I can’t find an official site either..

Czechoslovakian Wolfdog – once used to be called dangerous wild animals – but not any more

The breed was introduced to the U.K in 2002. The first litter was born in 2003 and was registered by the UK Kennel Club, but after contact with DEFRA the Kennel Club withdrew all registration papers as DEFRA classified the Czechoslovakian wolfdog as a dangerous wild animal. This led to some confusion as breeders have letters from the UK Kennel Club inviting the breed to the UK and giving them advice on what to do to get this breed recognised within the U.K. Yet further confusion was again added to this saga when a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog was imported directly via DEFRA, where all paperwork had been checked prior to their importation. DEFRA also has confirmed two Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs have been granted with pet passports and therefore travel freely to Europe and back with no problems. As of 2008 DEFRA have confirmed that any dog 3 or more generations removed from pure wolf now no longer comes under the Dangerous Wild Animals act and therefore no longer needs a special licence to keep. The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog and the Saarlooswolfhond are both now no longer classified as ‘Dangerous Wild Animals’

read here on the tamperament you will see what lifestyle they need

My 5-year-old has had developmental stuff going on for his whole life, he’s been behind on a lot of things, and was pretty old (4) when he finally got good and potty-trained.

My family is currently in the least traumatic lifestyle we’ve ever had. We have our own place, don’t suffer financially anymore, my husband and I are doing well, the kids are in school and have been happy, etc.

Then about a month ago, my 5-year-old started having potty accidents at school, then at home, too. It’s happened as often as twice a week, after he’d gone probably 3 or 4 months with no accidents at all.

I talked to his teacher to remind her to remind him to go to the potty, but it hasn’t stopped.

Honestly, I’m worried that there’s something wrong, because I know regression in potty training can be a sign of trauma in kids. There haven’t been other changes, though. He hasn’t had personality changes, nightmares, behavioral problems, etc.

What should we do???

I am so glad that you have been paying attention to him. So many parents don’t even see these signs. Good for you for acknowledging him and his needs.
You are correct and on track that something is going on for him to regress this way. It can be very tramatic for young children to have set backs like this.
Speak with his teachers at school and see if they are noticing any different signs. Like maybe other children are not accepting him like they are other children. Young children can be so mean but not realizing it. Maybe something has happened between him and his teacher or a peer. Keep questioning him about his day at school and what he is up to and who he is playing with.
This will be like pulling teeth out of him, some kids don’t want to discuss their days. Keep trying you may hit on something and it sounds like you will know when you hear it. You seem very alert to his needs. Just keep pressing forward and reassure him that it will get better if it doesn’t and continues after you have tried all your own resources then I would suggest your Pediatrician.
Good luck to both of you.
